Here's Today's Tip!
It's a no-brainer that if you want a protesting child to do something they don't want to do, you offer them chocolate. Rewarded behaviour gets repeated - and this is true throughout our lives. Do the thing you've been putting off, and once done, reward yourself with chocolate or something else that you like. You'll be surprised how much more likely you'll be to go back and do it again.
