Here's Today's Tip!
Don't worry about worry
Whether it's monsters under the bed or the sky falling in, children's worries are often humorous to adults. But it's human nature to predict the worst; trouble is, we're lousy at it. Keep a diary of how often you're right after anticipating the worst possible outcome. How accurate do you think your predictions are going to be?
'If you want to test your memory,
try to recall what you were worrying
about one year ago today.'
- E. Joseph Cossman
