Don't worry about worry
Whether it's monsters under the bed or the sky falling in, children's worries are often humorous to adults. But it's human nature to predict the worst; trouble is, we're lousy at it. Keep a diary of how often you're right after anticipating the worst possible outcome. How accurate do you think your predictions are going to be?
