Here's Today's Tip!
Avoid the blame game
Children are discouraged from blaming others when things don't go their way. Instead they're encouraged to take responsibility for the consequences of their own actions. However, just like children, adults often also blame others when things don't go our way. Blaming others takes away control. Being grateful for the positives in life gives it back.
'Do not blame God for having created the tiger,
but thank him for not having given it wings.'
- Indian Proverb
