First rule of successful management

Here is the first rule of successful management: DON'T SEND YOUR DUCKS TO EAGLE SCHOOL. Why? Because it won't work. All you'll get are unhappy ducks. They won't soar like eagles. They'll just quack, quack, quack. And then they'll "poop" on you. I know . . . I've tried.
