If at first you succeed, try, try again
Children will strive to reach personal goals like learning to ride a bike. But once conquered, they're onto their next challenge. Reaching a goal is exciting. Stopping after reaching it is fatal. Once you've taken the time to acknowledge your achievement, attaining a goal should be merely the motivation to set new and bigger goals. Quitting due to success is more dangerous than quitting due to failure.
