LogMeIn Installed PC got online... suggestions?

I have a PC that I installed with logmein free which was stolen in August 2009, I never deleted the PC in my list just in case the PC got online... Today, I found the PC to be online somewhere local. Is there any way to trace the PC? Please help!!!
