Believe it

Visualize yourself reaching the goal, and your belief begins to grow. Take solid and consistent steps in the direction of that goal, and your belief becomes more firmly entrenched with each action.

In control
There are things you can control and things you cannot control. If you focus too heavily on those things you cannot control, it can lead to an overwhelming amount of frustration and anxiety.
Choose instead to focus your thoughts and efforts on those things upon which you can have a positive influence. There are plenty of those things, and by giving your energy to them you can quickly and significantly improve the quality of your life.
Stop worrying so much about what others are doing wrong. Instead, put your time and effort into discovering what you can do right, what you can do well, and in using your unique abilities to create excellence.
Whenever you feel yourself getting anxious or frustrated by something that's beyond your control, stop and take a fresh look around. There's something you can do, right then and there, that will make a positive difference in the world.

Sekilas Tentang Autolisis
Terkait dengan proses kerja tubuh manusia, manfaat berpuasa bagi kesehatan kini sering dihubungkan dengan sebuah istilah yang sebenarnya bukan baru, namun mungkin untuk sebagian kalangan awam masih terdengar asing. Istilah yang dikenal dengan sebutan autolisis tersebut merupakan salah satu proses metabolisme yang secara normal di dalam tubuh kita, namun optimalitasnya dapat dipicu selama kita melaksanakan ibadah puasa.
Sebagian riset-riset ahli rata-rata sudah mengupas tuntas hal dibalik mekanisme ini, dan menjadi hal penting pula bagi kita untuk mengetahuinya, apalagi kenyataannya, banyak yang belum melakukan puasa secara benar dari segi kesehatan dengan banyaknya kesalahan pemilihan menu dan jumlah asupan makanan yang dianjurkan.
Sekilas Tentang Autolisis
Dalam kondisi normalnya, tubuh memperoleh energi dan nutrisi makanan yang kita konsumsi sehari-hari. Autolisis yang dikenal juga dengan sebutan 'self digest' ini adalah program yang terdapat pada setiap makhluk hidup terkait dengan proses penyerapan makanan untuk memperoleh energi dan nutrisi ini, melalui serangkaian proses pembakaran sel-sel tubuh dalam mekanismenya.
Ketika tubuh mengaktifkan proses autolisis ini, yang terjadi secara genetik adalah semacam pemetaan terhadap sistem dasar tubuh manusia untuk tiap-tiap sel, dimana tubuh akan mengirim sinyal yang mengandung data ideal sel-sel tadi menyangkut fungsi dan penempatannya sehingga kemudian mengaktifkan proses –proses penting seperti pembakaran asam amino dan asam laktat, berikut juga timbunan lemak dalam tubuh lewat proses oksidasi lemak menjadi ketone.
Dengan adanya proses autolisis yang oleh sebagian ahli dipandang sebagai program pengaturan mekanisme selular organ-organ tubuh ini, autolisis akan berfungsi dalam pembuangan sel-sel yang sudah rusak dan mati, sehingga lebih lanjut akan berperan dalam pencegahan berbagai gangguan dan penyakit yang berkaitan dengan zat-zat toksik yang kita dapatkan setiap hari lewat asupan makanan kita.
Proses autolisis yang sebenarnya baru dimulai sebagai reaksi tubuh setelah 2-3 hari berpuasa di saat tubuh mulai mengeluarkan zat-zat sisa metabolisme yang tak diperlukan lagi ini biasanya dibarengi dengan gejala yang menyerupai gejala penyakit dan dikenal sebagai krisis detoksifikasi atau krisis penyembuhan, namun sama sekali tak perlu diredam dengan medikasi karena memang bukan gejala penyakit.
Ini biasanya terlihat dari kelesuan dan rasa mengantuk hebat memasuki awal puasa yang bisa diatasi dengan pengurangan aktifitas, istirahat dan yang terpenting, pengaturan menu makanan sahur dan berbuka.
Autolisis dan Detoksifikasi Tubuh
Dari peranan tersebut, para ahli membuat suatu defenisi tersendiri dari autolisis sebagai proses pengeluaran sisa metabolisme dan zat-zat yang tak dibutuhkan tubuh dalam kadar berlebih, dan ini pula yang mereka anggap menjadi teori dasar dari proses detoksifikasi, yang merupakan proses pembersihan terhadap racun atau sisa zat lain yang berbahaya jika dibiarkan menumpuk, seperti pengaruh pola makan buruk, stress, polusi dan pemakaian obat-obatan tertentu.
Lewat metabolisme tubuh secara normal, akan terjadi proses pembentukan dan pembelahan sel-sel jaringan tubuh yang diperlukan bagi kelangsungan kesehatan kita. Di saat sistem pencernaan beristirahat akibat pengosongan lambung selama berpuasa, sel-sel lemak dan zat yang tidak dibutuhkan akan dibawa ke hati.
Dengan adanya pengosongan lambung tersebut, maka hati akan bekerja penuh menyaring racun-racun hasil autolisis untuk menghasilkan energi. Sebagai hasilnya, aliran darah akan menjadi lebih lancar dengan energi dan nutrisi yang semestinya, sehingga pembentukan dan penggantian sel-sel tubuh akan berlangsung sebagaimana mestinya, sementara sisa energi yang dihemat dari sistem pencernaan akan digunakan untuk aktifitas tambahan sistem kekebalan tubuh serta proses berpikir oleh otak.
Mengaktifkan Proses Autolisis
Walaupun proses autolisis berlangsung sebagai bagian dari setiap proses metabolisme, namun dalam aktifitas berpuasa ada sedikit perbedaan yang terjadi dibandingkan masa-masa di luar puasa dimana kita terlambat makan dan otak memberikan sinyal lapar di kala kadar glikogen darah mulai mencapai batas minimalnya.
Pada saat ini biasanya otak akan memerintahkan organ-organ pencernaan untuk memproduksi liur dan enzim-enzim lambung, hati dan usus yang bila tidak segera berinteraksi dengan makanan akan menyebabkan berbagai gangguan pencernaan. Di saat berpuasa, otak tak lantas mengaktifkan sinyal ini karena dari perubahan pola makan di saat sahur tubuh masih memiliki cadangan karbohidrat dan lemak untuk digunakan sebagai sumber energi.
Di saat inilah proses autolisis selanjutnya akan terpicu untuk mengoptimalisasikan pembakaran zat-zat makanan yang cenderung bisa menumpuk bila tak digunakan terutama simpanan lemak berlebihan yang dapat membahayakan kesehatan.
Dari aspek asupan gizi sendiri tidak ada yang berkurang selama kita memilih menu makanan sahur dan berbuka dengan tepat, dan ini juga yang digunakan sebagai prinsip dasar puasa sebagai terapi penyakit-penyakit degeneratif yang rata-rata berhubungan dengan penumpukan zat-zat tak berguna di dalam tubuh.
Di sisi lainnya, pengurangan konsumsi kalori tadi akan menyebabkan berkurangnya laju metabolisme energi sehingga konsumsi oksigen juga akan berkurang, dan ini bermanfaat terhadap penurunan produksi senyawa oksigen bersifat toksik yang dikenal sebagai radikal bebas, yang dampaknya bisa mengurangi aktifitas kerja enzim dalam menyebabkan kerusakan dinding dan mutasi sel.
Berhubungan dengan hal ini, sebuah penelitian pernah menyebutkan bahwa kegiatan berpuasa dapat menekan produksi radikal bebas sekitar 90% dan meningkatkan antioksidan alami tubuh sekitar 12% dalam peningkatan daya tahan tubuh secara keseluruhan. Penelitian lain menjelaskan proses ini dengan pengalihan energi dari sistem pencernaan terhadap metabolisme sistem kekebalan tubuh, yang secara mendasar turut diperansertai oleh proses autolisis yang semakin dipicu dengan berpuasa tersebut.
Meskipun proses yang bermanfaat bagi tubuh selama berpuasa ini terlihat menjanjikan, jangan salah juga, karena manfaat tersebut tetap akan sulit didapat selama pengaturan menu makanan selama berpuasa tidak benar-benar ditata dengan baik.
Secara ideal, pengaturan menu ini seharusnya mengacu kepada kestabilan berat badan selama berpuasa, dimana kenaikan sama sekali harus dihindari dan penurunan juga bukan sesuatu yang dianjurkan, dan ada beberapa tips penting untuk memperbanyak konsumsi buah dan sayuran yang tidak menguras energi tetapi malah memasok energi ekstra dari gula alami, vitamin dan mineralnya, disamping juga serat yang berfungsi menahan rasa kenyang lebih lama.

As you lose weight, you will feel a greater sense of power and personal control. When you reach your ideal weight, you will be more effective in everything else you do.

The way to live to a ripe, happy, healthy old age is to shift the proportions of food you eat so you are consuming more fruits, vegetables, and whole-grain products. When you get used to eating highly nutritious foods, you'll be less willing to eat foods that are not particularly good for you.
Proper exercise. The more regularly you exercise, the more energy you have, the better you feel, and the longer you will live. Regular exercise enhances your digestion, reduces the number of hours that you need to sleep, and increases your vitality in the physical, mental, and emotional realms. Perhaps the most important are endurance, or aerobic, exercises. One of the keys to long life and good health is aerobic exercise at least three times per week for a minimum of 30 minutes per time. You can achieve aerobic fitness by walking, running, swimming, cycling, rowing, or cross-country skiing. The important thing is that you exercise at least three times per week - and many people say five times per week - for the rest of your life. This will affect your levels of health and energy in everything else you do. Everything counts.
Proper rest and recreation. On average, you need seven to eight hours of good, solid sleep each night. Some people can get by on less. But you should plan and organize your evenings so that you are early to bed and early to rise. Remember, nature demands balance in all things. If you are going to work hard during the day, you must take time off to rest and recuperate in the evenings and on the weekends. The more balance you have between work and recreation, the more energy you will have and the more productive you will be.
Proper breathing. By breathing, I mean deep diaphragmatic breathing, where you fill your lungs to the count of 10, hold to the count of 10, and then exhale to the count of 10. If you do this seven to 10 times, two or three times per day, you will be amazed at how much fresher and more relaxed you feel.
Proper attitude. Positive Mental Attitude seems to go hand in hand with great achievement and success in every walk of life. The more positive you are, the more energy you have. The more positive you are, the happier you are. The more positive you are, the more positive are the people and situations you attract into your life. The more positive you are, the easier it seems for you to get the cooperation of other people. The more positive you are, the more effectively you perform.
On the other hand, negative emotions drain your energy, enthusiasm, and vitality. They tire you out and depress your immune system. Bouts of fear, anger, doubt, resentment, or guilt will be manifested in your physical body.
Keep your energy level high by always looking for the good in every person, in every situation. Seek the valuable lesson in every setback or adversity. Look for the equal or greater benefit that comes out of every disappointment. Be a perennial optimist. Be cheerful and positive. Be helpful and supportive. Be a source of encouragement and inspiration. Be the kind of person everybody looks forward to seeing and talking to.
Every success is the result of hundreds, and perhaps thousands, of tiny efforts that nobody may ever see or appreciate. These tiny efforts, sacrifices, and disciplines accumulate to make you an extraordinary person.

Hibiscus
Hydroxycitric (HCA) acid can be found naturally in hibiscus which is used to make a refreshing tea ? This is the same acid that was manufactured chemically in labs to create Hydroxycut, but the natural source is safe, healthy and a million times more beneficial to the body.

A Sense of Urgency Is Tremendous by Charlie "Tremendous" Jones
Perhaps my findings are not the only solution, but with all my heart I believe the fires of greatness in our heart can be kept aglow only after we develop a sense of urgency and importance for what we are doing. I mean a sense of urgency to the extent that we feel it is a matter of life and death; and it is a matter of life and death, for in growing we are alive and in quitting we are dying in a sense. If you don't believe this, talk to anyone who has lost the sense of urgency of getting things done and has been drifting in complacency, mediocrity and failure. If you are without a sense of urgency in your work, you know what I mean.
A sense of urgency is that feeling that lets you know yesterday is gone forever, tomorrow never comes. TODAY is in your hands. It lets you know that shirking today's task will add to wasted yesterdays and postponing today's work will add to tomorrow's burden. The sense of urgency causes you to accomplish what today sets before you. Thank God for the sense of urgency that can change a dull, shabby existence into a sparkling life. Right now, ask God to give you a sense of urgency. Believe that He did, and then act accordingly.
