Zakat Emas Dan Perak

1. Syarat wajib zakat emas dan perak ialah:
(a) milik onang Islam;
(b) dimiliki oleh orang yang merdeka;
(c) hak milik sepenuhnya;
(d) cukup nisab;
(e) genap setahun

2. Barang tersebut bukan dijadikan barang perhiasan wanita

3. Nisab zakat emas ialah 20 dinar (mitsqal) bersamaan 85 gram. Kadar zakatnya ialah 2.5%. Jika seseorang memiliki 85 gram emas atau lebih dan genap setahun dimilikinya, wajiblah dia mengeluarkan zakatnya dengan kadar 2.5%.

4. Nisab zakat perak ialah 200 dirham bersamaan dengan 595 gram. Kadarnya ialah 2.5% setelah dimiliki genap setahun.
