Magic of goal-setting

If you don't feel you're equipped to get what you want, remember this:

YOUR ABILITY WILL GROW TO MATCH YOUR DREAMS.

This is the magic of goal-setting. The more you work on your goals, the more new opportunities will present themselves to you. And inside each new opportunity will be the seed of solution to a previous, seemingly unsolvable problem.

Self-examination

Remember this rule: INCOME RARELY EXCEEDS PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. That's why all of us must subject ourselves to self-examination.

I often look at my life and ask, "Well, here's what I want, but am I willing to become the kind of person it will take?" If I'm too lazy, if I'm not willing to learn, read, study, and grow to become what I must become, then I cannot expect to attract what I want. Now, when faced with a choice, I must decide to either change myself or change my wants.

If I will, I can

Don't say, "If I could, I would."
Say instead, "If I would, I could . . . If I will, I can!"

Law of expanded association

Here's the law of expanded association: SPEND MORE TIME WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE. Who are those right people? That depends on your goals and objectives. But generally look for people of substance and culture -- people who spend time reflecting on the meaning of life and who accomplish great things through discipline and perseverance.

“Engkau dusta. Engkau berperang supaya dianggap berani. Supaya dianggap jadi pahlawan.”

Jadi hati-hati kalau kita beramal supaya kelihatan orang, supaya dianggap hebat, supaya dianggap berani, supaya dianggap pahlawan.

Allah berfirman : 'Engkau dusta!

Allah berkata : 'Engkau dusta!

Allah berfirman : 'Engkau dusta!

You are what your mind and soul think as

The soul of a freeman looks at life as a series of problems to be solved and solves them, while the soul of a slave whines, "what can I do, who am I but a slave?"

I am your constant companion

I am your constant companion,
I am your greatest helper or heaviest burden.
I will push you onward or drag you down to failure.
I am completely at your command.
Half the things you do might just as well turn over to me
and I will be able to do them quickly and correctly.

I am easily managed -
you must merely be firm with me.
Show me exactly how you want something done
and after a few lessons, I will do it automatically.
I am the servant of all great people;
and alas, of all failures as well.
Those who are great,
I have made great.
Those who are failures,
I have made failures.

I am not a machine,
though I work with all the precision of a machine
plus the intelligence of a human.
You may run me for a profit or run me for ruin -
it makes no difference to me.

Take me,
train me,
be firm with me,
And I will place the world at your feet.
Be easy with me,
and I will destroy you.

WHO AM I?

I AM HABIT.

Work/Career

Work/Career

Your most valuable asset is your earning ability. It's your ability to apply your knowledge and skills in a timely fashion in order to get the results for which others will pay.

Your success in your career will be in direct proportion to what you do after you've done what you are expected to do.

Loyalty is one of the most valuable traits of the effective executive - to your company, your boss and your staff.

Whatever job you take on, make yourself valuable, then indispensable.

Your rewards in life will be determined by what you do, how well you do it, and the difficulty of replacing you.

Ask your boss for advice on how to get ahead in your career. Then, take it!

Time Management

Time Management

You cannot increase the quality or quantity of your achievement or performance except to the degree in which you increase your ability to use your time effectively.

Time is inelastic and inflexible. Time is indispensable. No achievement is possible without time.

You are always free to choose what you do first, what you do second, and what you do not do at all.

Time management requires self-discipline, self-mastery and self-control more than anything else.

Most people engage in activities that are tension-relieving rather than goal-achieving.

Time management is really personal management, life management and management of yourself.
