Currently I am also doing a freelance job as a website developer and maintenance. It's fun and it generates income. I've been thinking on opening a partnership or a company with a lot of website developers in it. I was also thinking on hiring a few fresh graduates with multimedia skills. It should be a good experience. They can search for customers and any profit they make is theirs. If and only if they use the company's equipments or services (manpower included), they will have to share the profit. They can freely use the company's name to offer services as long as they pay the yearly company's registration and attend any meetings that the company requires them to attend. Sounds like a charity company does it not?
Any comments? Or suggestions?
